The concept of Candy.Cuisine was born after I realized how much I truly loved food art. Being a foodie myself, I always entertained the idea of creating something of my own, but the tricky part was coming up with something that was one-of-a-kind and really original.

Why candy you ask? There is something about candy that makes people smile; there is something nostalgic about it too. 

Though candy is really appealing, using it as a medium to recreate savory dishes does get a bit 'sticky,' as there is a limit to what I can use and how I can use it. This challenge (among others) is what keeps me motivated throughout my creations.
